UPDATE: Police are reporting that 42-year-old Grayson County resident Benjamin Vern Mayfield, reported missing since Sunday has been found and is safe. 

Local police are seeking the public's help locating a Grayson County man who has been missing since Sunday. 

The Grayson County Sheriff's Office reports that 42-year-old Benjamin Vern Mayfield has been missing since Sunday evening at 6 p.m.

Mayfield was last known to be in the Evansville, Indiana area and was supposed to have been en route back to Grayson County, but he has not been heard from or seen since that time. 

Police say that calls to Mayfield's cell phone go straight to voicemail, as well. 

Mayfield is 6'3" and 195 pounds. It is unknown what clothing he was wearing at the time he went missing, but he has a cross tattoo on his right shoulder and a barbed wire tattoo on his right bicep. 

Mayfield was driving a black 2013 Nissan Rogue with an Indiana registration.
