Bobby Gore, age 68, of Caneyville, formerly of Clarkson, passed away on Tuessday, January 1, 2013.

He was born October 17, 1944, and was a construction worker and bricklayer. He was an Army Veteran, a member of the American Legion and a Kentucky Wildcat fan.

He was the son of the late Robert Lee and Hattie Tackaberry Gore. He was married to Mary Hawkins Gore and was the father of two daughters.

Bobby is survived by his wife Mary and his two daughters, Donna Gibson and Lisa Annanders. Other survivors include eight grandchildren and one brother, Donnie Gore.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jimmy, and two sisters, Paula and Patsy.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.M. on Friday, January 4, 2013, at Rogers-Oller Funeral Chapel, in Clarkson. Burial will follow in the Clarkson Cemetery.

Friends may may from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.
