Delora G. Cook age 85 of Eastview, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the Woodland Terrace Healthcare Facility in Elizabethtown.

She was born October 24, 1927 in Grayson County, Kentucky the daughter of Louis and Nancy Ellen Salsman Moutadier.

She is survived by one daughter, Sheila Logsdon (Delbert), of Eastview; one son, Phillip Cook (Dee Dee), of Whitehouse, TN; three grandchildren, Lora McCamish (Jared), Leron Logsdon, and Chase Cook; four great-grandchildren, Cullen Logsdon, Ashley McCamish (Matthew), Blake McCamish, and Seth Logsdon; one sister, Pauline Simmons, of Louisville, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Lester Cook.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon CST, Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Leitchfield Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held after 5:00 p.m., CST on Tuesday, and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
