My name is Clay Ratley and it would be a privilege and honor to serve as your next county attorney. I am running on the Republican ticket and would like to ask for your vote and support on May 18th. I was born and raised in Sturgis, Kentucky and later attended Georgetown College where I met my future wife Beth. I then attended and graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2001 after which Beth and I moved to Grayson County in 2002. Since that time, I have been in private practice on the square and have represented hundreds of individuals regarding all aspects of the law.

I am 100% committed to this campaign and have been working tirelessly to earn your vote over the past several months. I believe that if you want to become a public servant, you need to go to the people and ask for their vote, which is exactly what I have been doing. This demonstrates my work ethic and the level of dedication that I will bring to the office of county attorney.

I want to make a difference in our county and help insure the safety of the community. You need a county attorney with good judgment, integrity and the strength to do the right thing and I believe I am the best qualified candidate to do just that. I have a proven record over my past eight years in the county of being honest and fair with my clients and fighting hard for their rights in court. I am confident that I can bring a fresh perspective to the office that will ensure both equal treatment and respect to the citizens that need services from this important office.
