Donna Lynn Barnard-Beasley, age 45 of Leitchfield passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.

She was born September 10, 1967 in Louisville, the daughter of Ed and JoAnn Davis Hart.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff Beasley, of Leitchfield, two sons, Timothy and Robert Barnard, both of Leitchfield, one step-daughter, Lindsey Beasley, of Leitchfield, two brothers, Donald Hart, of Short Creek, and John “Bubby” Reichley Jr., of Louisville, one sister, Aggie Hack,of Clarkson, her step-father, John Reichley Sr., of Louisville, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield with Bro. Carl Decker Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Hanging Rock Cemetery.

Visitation will be held after 4 p.m., on Friday and from 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of contributions to help with the funeral expenses.
