Glendall R. Hatfield, age 80 of Big Clifty, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, in Elizabethtown.

He was born in Grayson County on August 21, 1932, the son of the late William Lester and Ruby May Manion Hatfield.

He was employed at the Kentucky State Highway Department in sign maintenance. He was a member of White Mills Christian Church and enjoyed sports.

He is survived by a brother, James (Patricia) Hatfield; a sister, Arlene Hatfield; two nephews, Jimmy Dale and Mathew; three great-nephews, Tyler, Hunter and Andrew; a niece Gail (Jim).

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Haynes Hatfield, and two infant sisters.

Funeral se4rvices will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Rogers-Oller Funeral Home, in Clarkson. Burial will be in Antioch Christian Cemetery, in Big Clifty.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 3-8 p.m., and on Wednesday after 9:00 a.m. until time of service at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home
