James Michael Young, of Big Clifty, died T^uesday, November 6, 2012, at his residence.
He was born July 29, 1947 in White Mills, KY. He was the son of James Hayward and Dorothy Richardson Young.
He was a retired welder for Marley Cooling Co., in Louisville, was a member of VFW in Leitchfield, and was involved in 4H in Bullitt and Grayson Counties. He was an Army Veteran and served in Vietnam.
He is survived by a daughter, Allyson Condra (Dale); two granddaughters, Chloey and Maecy Condra; his father, Hayward Young; four brothers, David, Ricky, Tony and Gary Young; two sisters Darlene Shircliff and Shirley Ennis.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Richrdson Young.
Funeral serbvices will be held Friday, November 09, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 08, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. and Friday, after 9 a.m. at the funeral home.
