Sharon Rose Taylor, age 45, of Leitchfield, died Sunday, December 24, 2006 at the residence of her mother in Hardinsburg, Ky.

She was born November 7, 1961 in Breckinridge County. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Taylor of Leitchfield; her mother; Patsy Whitfill of Hardinsburg; eight children; Roy Lee (Denita) Taylor, Joseph (Tabitha) Taylor, both of Webster, Ky., Timothy (Krista) Taylor of Fordsville, Ky., Andrew Taylor, Adam Carroll Taylor, Lucia Taylor, and Isaac Taylor, all of Leitchfield; eight brothers, Ricky, Eddie, Carroll, Ben, Mike and Dan Whitfill, all of Hardinsburg, David Whitfill of Hudson, Ky., Francis Whitfill of Kingswood, Ky.; five sisters, Lyvenia Anthony, Lesia Whitfill and Gale Hinton, all of Hardinsburg, Polly Snyder of Hawesville, Ky., Jacinta Paris of Derby, Ind.; six grandchildren, Eve, Emma. Mia. Dalton. Logan, and Garrett Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Whitfill.

A funeral mass was held Thursday, December 28, 2006 at St. Romuald Catholic Church in Hardinsburg Ky. with Father Randy Howard, Father Tony Bickett and Father Tom Buckman officiating.

Burial was in the St. Romuald Cemetery.

Trent-Dowell Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
