He was a retired machinist from the Naval Ordinance, Army veteran, and a member of the Shady Hollow Golf Course and Nolin Lake Sportsman Club.
He is survived by two daughters, Jacqueline (Mike) Beach of Shepherdsville, Ky., and Denice Jane Beach of New Albany, Ind.; one son James (Cordelia) Beach of Louisville, Ky.; and two brothers, Charles Jerome Beach Jr. of Cub Run, and Rex Allen Beach of New Albany. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Amber Nicole and Cristin Marie Wilburn, Lynn Saunders, Cody James and Brandon Lee Beach; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles J. and Stella Ray Warner Beach.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson, Ky., with Rev. Dean Saunders officiating.
