Grayson County High School Track & Field competed in the Thursday, May 11 Track & Field Regional Meet held at North Hardin High School.

Multiple Grayson County athletes excelled at the regional meet and will go on to compete at the state level.

10th grader Haley Stallings was named regional champion in the 1,600 meters, running away from the field and winning by a large margin.

9th grader Laura Vincent was named a regional champion in pole vaulting.

9th grader Graci Keown was named regional runner-up in pole vaulting.

9th grader Ethan Pierce was named a regional runner-up in pole vaulting.

And Emery Crume broke the GCHS school record in the triple jump.

The state Track & Field Championships will be this Saturday, May 20 at the University of Kentucky.
