Meet your local and state candidates for the upcoming elections at a special event hosted by the Leitchfield Woman’s Club next Saturday, April 25.The event, which includes a meal, will kick off at the Centre on Main at 5 p.m. Visitors have the opportunity to mingle and speak with candidates, while those running for office will be invited to address the group if they would like.Event chairperson Dot McCall, who also serves as the club’s Second Vice President, said that the group has held similar events in the past and enjoyed “huge crowds” coming out to meet their future elected officials.
