Sarah Keown, 25, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Keown was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Dewey K. Shepherd, 40.
Tamra Blakeman pleaded guilty to illegally taking a deer or turkey, and was ordered to pay $203 in court costs.
Joshua Coley, 29, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Coley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Jennifer Leigh Peters, 36, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Peters was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
David M. Terry, 39, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; driving on a DUI suspended license; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance; and wanton endangerment in the second degree Terry was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served on the first charge, 90 days probation after 45 days served for the third charge, 30 days probation on the fourth charge, and 365 days probation after 45 days served on the final charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Terry was also ordered to pay a $50 fine and $928 in court costs.
Brent Alan Coates, 36, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and criminal trespassing in the third degree. Coates was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $183 in court costs.
Isae Irene I. Patterson, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Patterson was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge with time served to run concurrently. Patterson was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
Julie R> Clemons, 32, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to failure to maintain insurance. Clemons was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
Valerie A. Chopp, 37, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts; operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Chopp was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.
Joseph M. Powell, 26, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation and ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
Joseph M. Puckett, 50, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Puckett was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
Tyler Sarver, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, which was amended to DUI 2nd with aggravator. Sarver was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served and was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.
Matthew W. Durbin, 30, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Durbin was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served on the first charge and to 30 days probation on the second charge. Durbin was ordered to pay $243 in court costs.
Dustin W. Spalding, 18, pleaded guilty to improper equipment; no operator’s/moped license; and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Spalding was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.
Jarrett C. Willcuts, 19, pleaded guilty to permit unlicensed operator to operate a motor vehicle, which was amended to disorderly conduct. Willcuts was sentenced to 10 days probation and ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
Robert G. Hill, 67, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served. Hill was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.
Charles A. Shaw, Jr., 36, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Shaw was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.
