Prior to my appointment as District Judge, I enjoyed a wide and varied legal practice. I have brought that experience to the District bench in order to better serve the interest os the circuit. In my 17 year legal career, I have served as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney, Domestic Relations Commissioner, District Court Trial Commissioner, Special Master Commissioner, and City Attorney. I have also successfully argued before the Kentucky Supreme Court.
In my capacity as judge, I have presided over a wide range of cases. I consider each case that comes before me to be important, and take into account that each person who comes before that Court is entitled to a fair and impartial hearing.
I believe the judicial system was developed to serve all citizens and protect your rights and interest.
I believe everyone coming into Court should have the right to be heard by a fair and impartial judge.
I believe judges should promptly rule based on the law and the facts of each individual case.
I believe everyone in Court deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully regardless of who they are or who they know.
I will always remember that I serve the citizens of Kentucky.
I respectfully ask for your vote as District Judge and give me the opportunity to continue serving you.
