Norman Hartford Davis, age 65, passed away at his residence on Monday night, January 21, 2013.

He was a retired welder with American Air Filter, was the founder and moderator of Take Back Kentucky and KRBA Kentucky Rights to Bear Arms. He was a member of theGrayson County Tourism Board and was a Frankfort lobbyist.

He is survived by his wife, Lydia Vessels Davis; four sons, Norman Davis, III (AnNita Dennis), Charles Davis (Chanda Powell), Jefferson Davis ( Melissa) and Rob Caudill (Tania) and one daughter, Kim Corbin.

Other survivors include one brother, Jim Davis (Shirley), 23 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman H. and Martha Wines Davis, and two sons, Robert and Steven Davis.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Rev. Boyd Pendleton and Rev. Tom Riner officiating. Cremation to follow.

Visitation at the Rogers-oller Funeral home will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from noon to 8 p.m, and on Thursday after 9 a.m.
