Theresa Armstrong is the General Manager of The Grayson County News- Gazette. She is available to assist with any advertising needs as well as any issue involving the running of the paper. Theresa began her career at the Grayson County News-Gazette in September 2006 as a reporter covering local news and feature stories. She is best known around the community for weekly columns about life on the farm. After growing up in the Florida Keys she found life to be very different on a farm and sharing those stories with the community was part of the job she enjoyed. She transferred to the advertising department in the fall of 2011 as an advertising consultant. Prior to coming to the paper she sold real estate for a local agency. She has been a resident of Grayson County since the summer of 2004, coming from South Carolina. Theresa graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing in May of 2001. Melanie Gaither joined The News-Gazette staff in April 2013 and is in charge of our circulation and classified ads. She performs all the front office duties at the newspaper including: classified advertising sales, reception, subscription and bookkeeping functions. Melanie resides in Leitchfield with her husband and three children. She was a clerk at the Kentucky Auto Auction in Elizabethtown before joining the staff. Jim Smith has been an advertising consultant with the Gazette for less than a year, but brings many years of professional sales experience to the newspaper. He is a lifelong resident of Breckinridge County and attended Breckinridge County High School. He is ready to help assist with print or online advertising needs.
Don Brown began his career at the Grayson County News-Gazette in 1994 covering feature stories and hard news. In following his passion, he eventually transitioned to the sports section. He tirelessly and enthusiastically covers local sports and ensures that the athletes in our area get the recognition they so deserve. Brown is a California native but came to Grayson County nearly two decades ago. In addition to his sports coverage Brown is responsible for the What’s Happening page and the obituary section of the newspaper. Brittany Wise began reporting for The Grayson County News-Gazette in July 2011. She has been a resident of Grayson County for the past eight years, and has been a news contributor in the community for five of those years. Brittany currently covers a variety of local beats and visits area schools to allow students to participate in our Newspapers in Education program.

Regional General Manager
Chip Turner is the regional general manager for the Grayson County News Gazette. Prior to coming to The Gazette, his career spanned over 25 years in the publishing industry. He graduated with a degree in business management from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS in 1995. He welcomes any suggestions, criticism or praise about the paper.
