Christopher D. Patton, 34, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, operating a motor vehicle with expired operator’s license, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Patton was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $183 in court costs.


Robert Warf, 27, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury, assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and criminal mischief in the third degree. Warf was sentenced to 30 days probation on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Warf was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Amber L. Hill, 25, pleaded guilty to seven counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Hill was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Jennifer Lee Smith, 32, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Smith was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Jeremiah Davis, 29, pleaded guilty to promoting contraband in the second degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served. Davis was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.


Valentina May Riggs, 21, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Riggs was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Christopher R. Burnette, 39, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Burnette was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Monica A. Burden, 46, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burden was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $178 in court costs.


Jose Velazquez, 22, pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit and no operator’s/moped license. Velazquez was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay a $30 fine and $173 in court costs.


Michael K. Walker, 53, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; display of illegal/altered registration plat; and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to failure to provide insurance, first. Walker was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $90 in fines and $233 in court costs.


Dawn M. Thomas, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, no/expired registration plates, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Thomas was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $143 in court costs.


Sarah R. Keown, 27, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles or greater over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 20 miles per hour over the speed limit; and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Keown was ordered to pay $65 in fines and $208 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Christopher A. Hilburn, 27.


Juan Alfredo Montes-Fuentes, 24, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, and reckless driving. Montes-Fuentes was sentenced to 90 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $218 in court costs.


Kenneth A. McGuffin, 19, pleaded guilty to speeding eight miles per hour over the speed limit and failure to wear a seat belt. McGuffin was referred to State Traffic School and was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $168 in court costs.


Timothy D. Smith, 28, pleaded guilty to speeding 18 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. Smith was referred to State Traffic School and was ordered to pay a $30 fine and $173 in court costs.


Sandra Decker, 41, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Decker was sentenced to 90 days probation on the first charge, and 30 days probation on the second charge. Decker was also ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Daniel Saltsman, 32, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of an open alcohol/beverage container in a motor vehicle, and failure to wear seat belts. Saltsman was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $798 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Heather Heady, 34.


Justin Hack, 24, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Hack was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Timothy J. Higdon, 28, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Higdon was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Kimberlee J. Green, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal littering, and was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.


Donald Ray Filback, II, 25, pleaded guilty to operating an ATV on a roadway, which was merged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Filback was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Ashley N. Coogle, 23, pleaded guilty to disregarding a stop sign and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Coogle was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.


Dava E. Ewers, 28, pleaded guilty to speeding 24 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to 20 miles per hour over the speed limit; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession; and failure to wear seat belts. Ewers was referred to State Traffic School, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Kanisha Cockriel, 25.


A bench warrant was issued for Angela Brown, 40.


Austin Tarrence, 20, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $10,000, which was amended to receiving stolen property under $500. Tarrence was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
