A bench warrant was issued for Destiny Smith, 21.


Katrina Phillips, 36, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Phillips was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Michael Embry, 24.


Roger Williams, 54, pleaded guilty to theft by failure to make required disposition of property, which was amended to less than $500. Williams was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Adam C. Lykins, 24, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; assault of a police/probation officer in the third degree, which was amended to fourth degree; terroristic threatening in the third degree; disorderly conduct in the second degree; and resisting arrest. Lykins was sentenced to 365 days probation after 90 days served on the second, third and final charges; and 90 days probation on the fourth charge. He was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Robert J. Stinnett, 34, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the first degree, which was amended to second degree; five counts of criminal mischief in the third degree; assault in the second degree, domestic violence; and assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury. Stinnett was sentenced to 365 days probation after 20 days served on three charges, and 90 days probation after 20 days served on five charges. Time served will run concurrently. Stinnett was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Bobby Webb pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after one day served. Webb was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Teresa Taymon pleaded guilty to theft by deception and was sentenced to 10 days probation after one day served.


Steve Murphy pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police on foot in the second degree, which was amended. Murphy was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
