A bench warrant was issued of Matthew Lindsey, 38.


Signe M. Poradish, 45, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance; criminal mischief in the first degree, which was amended to second degree; operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance; and falsely reporting an incident. Poradish was sentenced to 30 days probation on one charge, and 365 days probation after 20 days served on another charge. Poradish was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs. Time served will run concurrently.


Norman Anstead, 37, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the second degree, and criminal trespassing in the third degree. Anstead was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $283 in court costs.


Stevie Webb, 36, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, possession of marijuana, buying/possession of drug paraphernalia, and controlled substance prescription not in original container. Webb was sentenced to 60 days probation on the first charge, 45 days probation after two days probation each on the second and third charges, and 60 days probation on the final charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Webb was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Gilbert M. Brothers, 54, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Brothers was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Theresa Taymon, 60, pleaded guilty to thirteen counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Taymon was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Cherie L. Lashley, 34, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Lashley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Megan R. Poole, 36, pleaded guilty to no tail lamps, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, failrue of owner to maintain required insurance, and controlled substance prescription not in original container. Poole was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served on the second charge, 30 days probation on the third charge, and 90 days probation on the final charge. Poole was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $178 in court costs.


Stephen M. Long, 29, pleaded guilty to theft by deception under $500, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 20 days served. Long was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Amy Raye Carter, 31, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Celeste Walters, 26, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and no operators/moped license. Walters was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.


Mendy Burden, 33, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Burden was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Crystal G. Wilson, 31, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Wilson was sentenced to 90 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.
