An accident report by responding GCSO Chief Deputy Tony Willen states that a 2000 Toyota Camry, driven and owned by Carline Vincent, 57, of Clarkson, was travelling east on Elizabethtown Rd. prior to the incident.

According to the report, Vincent told police she was distracted by a dog and swerved into the westbound line, striking a 2001 Dodge Caravan, driven and owned by Melissa Janssen, 37, of Big Clifty, head on.

Vincent, Melissa Janssen, and Justice Janssen were all transported from the scene by GCEMS to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center to receive treatment for accident related injuries, said Willen.

Vincent and Melissa Janssen reportedly had neck injuries. Justice Janssen reportedly had injuries to her head/face as a result of the accident, the GCSO report read.
