Kody L. King, 22, pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution or apprehension in the second degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. King was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Melissa Bogard, 35, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Bogard was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Michael C. Gussler, 49.


Chrystal D. Sadler, 28, pleaded guilty to six counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge with time served to run consecutively. Sadler was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Stephen M. Long, Jr., 29, pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in the second degree and resisting arrest. Long was sentenced to 365 days probation after 76 days served, with time served to run consecutively.

Anthony M. Sandfer, 35, pleaded guilty to violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Sandfer was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Vince Armstrong, 25, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree and assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injury. Armstrong was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Jason H. Cooper, 41, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Cooper was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Stephen M. Long, 29, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and buying/possession of drug paraphernalia, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively.


Daniel Lee Armes, 23, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; disorderly conduct in the second degree; and resisting arrest. Armes was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, with time served to run concurrently. Armes was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $258 in court costs.


Terry K. Lucas, 44, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Lucas was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Deborah B. Wade, 60, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense; and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served. Wade was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


Michael Jay Howard, Jr., 33, pleaded guilty to rear license not illuminated and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to aggravator offense. Howard was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $768 in court costs.
