Pence awarded Doctor of Pharmacy degree at UK

Devin Lee Pence, of Leitchfield, KY, son of Kevin and Debbie Pence, recently received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy.

The University of Kentucky (UK) awarded 126 Doctor of Pharmacy degrees to students on May 6 at the UK Singletary Center for the Arts. UK College of Pharmacy Interim Dean Kelly M. Smith presided over the ceremony.

The UK College of Pharmacy is a nationally top-ranked College of Pharmacy, according to US News and World Report. Established in 1870, the College is known for its innovations in the classroom, laboratory and in the community.

Graduates from the UK College of Pharmacy have gone on to become leaders in community pharmacy, clinical settings, industry, and academia.
