Ronald Haycraft, 42, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two days served. Haycraft was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Robert D. McStoots.


James Johnson, 42, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense. Johnson was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Stevana Whitis pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served.


Chasity Runsvold pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of gaseline and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Runsvold was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Shawn E. Jackson, 28, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.


Bridgette L. Rhodes, 40, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Rhodes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Sarah J. Oller, 33, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Oller was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Bridgette L. Rhodes, 40, pleaded guilty to no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, and failure of onwer to maintain required insurance. Rhodes was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $20 in fines.


Acey M. Meredith, 27, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation. Meredith was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Rebecca N. Davis, 23.


Donald Dennis, 54, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dennis was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on the first charge, 45 days probation after two days served on each of the final charges. Time served is to run concurrently. Dennis was also ordered to pay $153 in court costs.


Maryleah Gibson, 30, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Stevana Whitis, 29, pleaded guilty to six counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, which were each amended to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting. Whitis was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Whitis was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Daniel R. Boone, 45, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury. Boone was sentenced to 90 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Shawn E. Jackson, 28, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $500, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge and 45 days probation after two days served on each of the final charges. Jackson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


David A. Bryan, 54, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Bryan was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Bradford Downs.


Tawny Miye Phelps, 22, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Phelps was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


James Garrigus, 21, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Garrigus was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Gavin Nicholas Piercy, 19, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of a person under the age of 21, and license to be in possession. Piercy was sentenced to 45 days probation and was ordered to pay a $450 fine and complete 20 hours of community service. Piercy was also ordered 5to pay $598 in court costs.


Jessica Hendricks pleaded guilty 5to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Hendricks was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
