A bench warrant was issued for Johnathan Travis Huff, 34.


Tyler R. Hupp, 22, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $500, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Hupp was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Vincent E. Grimes, 44.


Leslie T. Neighbors, 24, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Neighbors was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Mason Ray, 23, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Ray was also ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Sasha Harrison, 26, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended 5to no license in possession. Harrison was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Jeanluc P. Leasor, 22, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was ordered to pay $20 in fines and $163 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Eric T. Hack, 38.


Tammy Meredith, 39, pleaded guilty to no motorcycle operator’s license, no/expired registration plates, and failure to produce an insurance card. Meredith was ordered to pay $70 in fines and 143 in court costs.


Jennifer M. Johnson, 30, pleaded guilty to speeding 12 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Johnson was referred to State Traffic School, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Johnson was also ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Kennetha R. Reed, 29, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance; and speeding 18 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. Reed was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.


Steven Blanton, 29, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.


Henry J. Doerr, 27, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Doerr was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Billy S. Byrd, 42, pleaded guilty to no motorcycle operator’s license, no/expired other state registration receipt, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Byrd was sente4nced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $70 in fines and $213 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Scott R. Blair, 50.


Travis D. Coogle, 35, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500 and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Coogle was sentenced to 90 days probation on the second charge and 30 days probation after four days served on the first charge. Coogle was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


James Kevin Copeland, 44, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Copeland was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Tara D. Pharris, 41, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and buying/possession of drug paraphernalia. Pharris was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge. Pharris was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Crystal Carter, 33, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and buying/possession of drug paraphernalia. Carter was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Tomi C. Reed, 19, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Reed was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Robert Baker, 43, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the second degree, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served. Baker was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Vince M. Armstrong, 26, pleaded guilty to violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Armstrong was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Sara E. Geary, 25, pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution or apprehension in the second degree and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Geary was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Brianna Michelle Straugh, 22, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Straugh was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
