Kira Beres, 36, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Beres was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Desiree G. Russell, 24.


Johnathon D. Meredith, 43, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to failure to maintain insurance. Meredith was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Ellen L. Maples, 25, pleaded guilty to TICS, first degree (opiates), which was amended to third degree.


Channing Coates, 22, pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment in the first degree, which was amended to second degree. Coates was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Cynthia G. Keown, 24, pleaded guilty to buying/possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance prescription not in original container. Keown was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the second charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on the first charge. Keown was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Elroy Fulkerson, Jr., 30, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Fulkerson was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $258 in court costs.


Brian K. Bradley, 40, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served served. Bradley was also ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Shelby E. Carby, 22.


Joseph Mercer, 28, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to driving on a DUI-suspended license. Mercer was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pa6y $143 in court costs.


Steven Hewitt, 24, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Hewitt was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Larry L. Logsdon, 66, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to DUI, second offense without aggravator. Logsdon was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served.


Andrew S. Johnson, 18, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to 25 mph over the speed limit; and reckless driving. Johnson was ordered to pay $150 in fines and $293 in court costs.


Larry Logsdon pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation.
