Christopher Douglas Lampton, 38, pleaded guilty to eight counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $300, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Lampton was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for James Andrew Garrigus, 20.

Christy L. Ward, 41, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Ward was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jeffery T. Sanders, 39, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Sanders was sentenced to 30 days probation on each charge and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for David Jessie, 33.


Richard L. Carter, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Carter was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Ronnie A. Warner, 44.


Matt R. Thurner, 23, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Thurner was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Carolyn B. Richey, 42, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Richey was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Steve L. Murphy, 22.


Kevin B. Sipes, 43, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, which was amended to harassment with physical contact. Sipes was sentenced to 30 days probation after 14 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Steve Murphy, 22.


Craig Williams, 41, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $10,000, which was amended to receiving stolen property under $500. Williams was sentenced to 365 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Stephen Long, 30, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $10,000, which was amended to receiving stolen property under $500. Long was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Ellen L. Maples, 25, pleaded guilty to trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, less than 10 d.u. opiates. Maples was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served.
