Daniel Kinkade, of Chicago and formerly of Leitchfield, has been elected as chair for the Chicago chapter of Project Ladybug.
Kinkade was nominated by the charity’s founder, Dina Manzo, of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” and begins his service January 2015.
Project Ladybug enriches the lives of children diagnosed with cancer and strives to help families face the financial and emotional hardships associated with treatment.
The Chicago chapter began in 2010 and serves the needs of less financialy fortunate patients at Comer Childrens’ Hospital.
