Taylor N. Embry, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Embry was sentenced to 45 days after two days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay f$183 in court costs.

Robin L. Ferren, 46, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession; failure to use child restraint device in vehicle; possession of drug paraphernalia; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Ferren was sentenced to 45 days probation after four days served on the third charge and 30 days probation on the final charge. Ferren was also ordered to pay $75 in fines and $793 in court costs.

Amanda McClure, 25, pleaded guilty to 15 counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after two days served. McClure was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Martin Ingram, 57, pleaded guilty to 16 counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 160 days probation after 32 days served. Ingram was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Melissa S. Ritchie, 50 pleaded guilty to six counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 60 days probation after 12 hours served. Ritchie was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Kerry G. Pierce, 38, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Pierce was sentenced to 30 days probation. Pierce was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Richard I Givens, II, 46, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Givens was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Angela F. Finley, 47, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Finley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Amy L. Kerr, 34, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Kerr was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $183 in court costs.

Forrest D Patrick, 40, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served.

Jeremy D. Johnson, 34, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense. Johnson was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Matthew Farmer, 19, pleaded guilty to no licensed operator with person holding permit, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Joshua A. Carter, 30, pleaded guilty to improperly on left side of road; and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Carter was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.

Eric Howe, Jr., 19, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Howe was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Timothy Tolliver, 29, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to a lesser charge; and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Tolliver was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.

James F. Rusher, 37, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to an aggravator offense, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Rusher was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

April Lish, 37, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Lish was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Jennifer L. Smith, 33, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, and license to be in possession. Smith was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $923 in court costs.

Aaron D. King, 28, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and driving on a DUI-suspended license. King was sentenced to 30 days probation on each of the final two charges and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $768 in court costs.

Patrick Forrest pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Forrest was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Jamie R. Marienau, 41.

Jayla M. Jenkins, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding 23 miles per hour over the speed limit; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession; and possessing a license when privileges are revoked/suspended, which was merged with the previous charge. Jenkins was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $214 in court costs.

Anita L. Shroerlucke, 53, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay $233 in fines and court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Dalton C. Decker, 18.

Latonya J. Grooms, 44, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 20 miles per hour over the speed limit; and two counts of failure to use child restraint device in a vehicle. Grooms was ordered to pay $50 in fines, $183 in court costs, and was referred to State Traffic School.

A bench warrant was issued for Desmond Petty, 24.

Joseph A. Nelson, 22, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury; burglary in the first degree; and criminal mischief in the first degree. Nelson was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served on each of the first two charges, and 60 days probation on the final charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Nelson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Misty D. Rogers, 30, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after 30 days served. Rogers was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Pamela M. Cottrell, 44, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after 30 days served. Cottrell was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
