A bench warrant was issued for Mark Priddy.

Jeff Beasley, 49, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Beasley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Richard G. Embry, 67, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to aggravator, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Embry was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Peggy S. Farris, 47, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Farris was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James E. Cook, 52, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after one hour served on each charge.

Mary Elkins, 63, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Elkins was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Cynthia Harp, 52, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Harp was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jennifer Ann Hayes pleaded guilty to unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Hayes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Jenny Berryhill, 39.

Barry J. Love, 32, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree, and violation of conditions of release. Love was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served, and was ordered to pay $208 in court costs.

Bobby Danielle Hale, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic drugs. Hale was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge. Hale was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Dakota A. Williams, 23, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

Edric Garcia, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Garcia was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Darren C. Henning, 48, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $208 in court costs.

Nicole M. Searfoss, 29, pleaded guilty to criminal littering and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $178 in court costs.

Jordan E. Kerr, 19, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear seat belts. Kerr was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on two of the charges, 30 days probation on a third charge, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.

Thomas R. Clark, Jr., 25, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Clark was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.

Ashley N. Combs, 33, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 365 days probation. Combs was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Anthony A. Williams, 31, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Williams was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.
