Dana Cardwell, 48, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Cardwell was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

John C. Arnold, 47, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree, and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Arnold was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Amanda D. Puckett, 34, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Puckett was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Shawn A. Dipietro, 28, pleaded guilty to possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and F$168 in court costs.

Diamond Hartsfield, 20, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, and no operator’s/moped license. Hartsfield was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Herley A. Helm, 24.

A bench warrant was issued for Gregory A. Pearl, 51.

A bench warrant was issued for Thomas Rix, 47.

A bench warrant was issued for Michael Johnson, 25.

A bench warrant was issued for David Saltsman, 43.

Michael Pressley, 35, pleaded guilty to assault in the second degree, domestic violence, which was amended to assault in the fourth degree. Pressley was sentenced to 365 days probation after 180 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Leslie James Keown, 36.

A bench warrant was issued for Brian Scott Moore, 36.

James Garrett, 37, pleaded guilty to assault in the second degree, domestic violence, which was amended to assault in the fourth degree; and alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense. Garrett was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

Joshua N. Vigil, 31, pleaded guilty to assault in the second degree, domestic violence, which was amended to assault in the fourth degree; and criminal mischief in the second degree. Vigil was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Paul Corbin, 40.

Ollie Preston, 59, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to DUI first with aggravator. Preston was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $798 in court costs.

Milton Ray Higdon, 52, pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution or apprehension in the second degree; and selling a controlled substance to a minor, second offense, which was amended to possession of drug paraphernalia. Higdon was sentenced to 90 days probation after 12 days served on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge.

Dustin Tyler Bond, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served.

A bench warrant was issued for Mason C. Johnson, 18.

Timothy R. Parks, 32, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

Hamilton R. Meredith, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge. Meredith was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Ronald L. Knust, Jr., 52, pleaded guilty to cultivating marijuana, fewer than five plants, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Knust was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge, with time served to run consecutively. Knust was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Leslie Keown, 36.

Nathaniel Dehaven Luney, 22, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Luney was sentenced to 90 days probation after five days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

William Stevenson, 35, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, resisting arrest, public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury. Stevenson was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served on three of the charges, and 90 days probation after 10 days served on the remaining charge. Stevenson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jamie L. Webb, 28, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Webb was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Dustin Bond, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge. Bond was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Chad M. Dennis, 40, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; and driving without a license/negligence in an accident. Dennis was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served on the final two charges, 30 days probation on the first charge, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

John R. Warner, 33, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.

Jon C. Higbee, 27, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Higbee was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Suzanne R. White, 38, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. White was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Patrick T. Grimes, 43, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seatbelts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Roger B. Haymond, 55, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to DUI second degree, with aggravator. Haymond was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served, and was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Ashley N. Combs, 29.

A bench warrant was issued for Ronnie W. Bratcher, 49.

Robert Russell Sparks, 54, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to DUI, first offense, with aggravator. Sparks was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.
