Grand Jury indicts six

The Grayson County Grand Jury handed down indictments to six people following its deliberations on Tuesday, August 2.

Charles J. Manley, 23, of No. Main St. in Leitchfield, was indicted for failure to comply with a sex-offender registration order, first offense.

William O. Logsdon, 48, of Tousey Rd. in Caneyville, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine.)

Adam K. Lacefield, 27, of Free Zion Rd. in Caneyville, was indicted on two counts: Possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia. In a separate indictment, Lacefield was indicted on three counts: Assault in the second degree; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Ryan K. Bratcher, 31 of Roark Rd. in Leitchfield, was indicted on three counts: Two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property, $10,000 or more; theft by deception under $10,000.

Katie N. Marion, 27 of Stonehaven Dr. in Lexington, was indicted for receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Wallace Mercer, 28 of Buck Lane in Leitchfield, was indicted on five counts: Escape in the first degree; three counts of wanton endangerment, first degree (police officer); fleeing or evading police, first degree (on foot); assault in the third degree (police officer); resisting arrest.
