Post Office to hold food drive

The local United States Postal Service (USPS) will hold its annual canned food drive this Saturday, May 14.

Individuals who wish to participate in the food drive may leave non-perishable food items at or inside their mailboxes to be picked up by postal carriers on Saturday.

All of the collected food stays in Grayson County and will be delivered to the Grayson County Alliance Food Pantry on Monday, May 16.

The Postal Service’s annual food drive is typically the largest group donation of the year to the Food Pantry, according to USPS officials.
