Grand Jury indicts seven

The Grayson County Grand Jury handed down indictments to seven individuals when it met on March, 28, 2016.

Paul V. Trowbridge, aka Peter P. Larrison, age 43 of Barton Run Rd., in Clarkson, was indicted on 18 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor.

Christopher M. Neubert, 43 of So. English St., in Leitchfield, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Opiates).

Timothy E. Hayes, aka Timbo Hayes, age 29 of Mill St. in Leitchfield, was indicted on one count of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, First Offence (Methamphetamine).

Stephanie J. Jones, 38 of Pleasant Valley Rd., in Clarkson, was indicted on one count of Flagrant Non-Support.

Adam Payton, of Watershed Rd., in Caneyville, was indicted on one count of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree.

Shane Booker, 24 of St. Paul Rd., in Leitchfield, was indicted on two counts: Count one, Impersonating a Peace Officer; count two, Unlawful Imprisonment in the First Degree. The charges stemmed from Booker’s February pursuit of James Decker in an old police car with lights and then unlawfully restraining Decker.

Kirby D. Sandlin, 30, of Leavette Ave., in Leitchfield, was indicted on six charges: Count one, Fleeing or Evading Police in the First Degree (motor vehicle); Count two, Fleeing or Evading Police in the First Degree (on foot); Leaving the Scene of an Accident/Failure to Render Aid/Assistance; Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended/Revoked Operators License; Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree; Reckless Driving.
