The City of Clarkson will host an American Red Cross blood drive this Saturday, April 23 at Clarkson City Hall from 12 p.m. (noon) until 5 p.m.
According to Clarkson Police Chief Buck Meredith, the American Red Cross’s need for blood is at “urgent” levels nationwide.
All blood types are needed, and one donation can help save up to three lives. Someone needs blood every two seconds.
“I strongly encourage everyone to please come out and donate,” Meredith said.
Clarkson City Hall and Community Center is located at 213 Millerstown St. in Clarkson.
