Grand Jury indicts ten

The Grayson County Grand Jury handed down 10 indictments in its session on March 1, 2016.

Zachary T. Stacy, 24, of Jonathan Court, in Louisville, was indicted on two counts: Second Degree Burglary and Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of Property – Firearm. The charges stemmed from a June, 2015 break-in at the residence of Todd Fletcher.

Kimberly A. Houchin, 40, of Wright Rd., in Greensburg, was indicted for Criminal Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.

Mark B. Embry, 29, of Big Reedy Rd., in Caneyville, was indicted for Flagrant Non-Support.

Taylor N. Milliner, 21, of West Brooke Circle, in Louisville, was indicted for Flagrant Non-Support.

David R. Kerr, Jr., 48, of Spurrier Rd., in Big Clifty, was indicted on four counts: 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, 1st Offense; Possession of Marijuana; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence Alcohol/Drugs, 1st Offense.

Christopher J. Clemons, 30, of Anneta Rd., in Leitchfield, was indicted for Second Degree Assault.

Raymond Alcorn, 56, of Orchard St., in Leitchfield, was indicted for 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a minor.

Jim E. Fergurson, aka Eddie Fergurson, 42, of Leavette Ave., was indicted on two counts: Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st Offense; 1st Degree Persistent Felony Offender.

Brian L. Keown, 39, of Hollow Dr., in Leitchfield, was indicted on three counts: 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, Heroin, 1st Offense; Operating a Vehicle with Expired Operator’s License; No Registration Plates.

Jeremy T. Forbes, 34, of Richland Rd., in Caneyville, was indicted for Flagrant Non-Support.

Larry Waddell, 48, of Boulder Dr., in Elizabethtown, was indicted for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of Property, $500 or more, but less than $10,000, property belonging to Richard Merrifield.
