The Grayson County Extension Office is hosting an agricultural information seminar that is designed to help farmers learn the tools to become a good advocate for the agriculture industry.

Farmers do a great job growing food and fiber, and it’s time to start telling that story of how it’s done. This valuable program will be held on Friday, March 25 from 9:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Extension Office.

The following topics will be discussed by featured guest speakers:

* Sending the Right Message – Jeff Nalley, Cromwell AG Radio Network.

* Using Social Media to Be an AGvocate – Carilynn Coombs, Kentucky Farm Bureau.

* Tips and Advice with Working with Radio & TV – Joanna Coles, Warren County ANR Agent.

* Using Your Voice for Agriculture – Warren Beeler, Kentucky Department of Agriculture.

This program is free and open to the public. You must call the Extension Office at (270) 259-3492 by March 23 to register. The Extension Office is located at 123 Commerce Dr. in Leitchfield. You should park in the back of the building and enter in the West entrance door.
