The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District will host its annual meeting next week to update the public on the progress of the dam remediation project on the Rough River Lake Dam.
The meeting will be open to the public and held on Thursday, March 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rough River State Resort Park Lodge in the Grayson and Breckinridge rooms.
The meeting will include information on the Rough River Dam Remediation project status, as well as a briefing on the remediation process, and the next phases of the work will be discussed by dam safety experts.
Additionally, displays will be available with descriptions of the Rough River Dam Remediation project.
The meeting agenda will be as follows:
Opening remarks by Diane Stratton, Rough River Lake Project Manager.
Dam remediation progress, findings, and future plans.
Questions and answers session.
