Stephanie Nugent-Merritt, 42, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Nugent-Merritt was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Talia S. Goodwin, 27, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Goodwin was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Matthew A. Hayes, 30, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Hayes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Richard Given, 45.

Jarrett Franklin Ohearn, 43, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after four days served. Ohearn was ordered to pay $83 in court costs.

Daniel L. Casey, 20, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to failure to maintain insurance. Casey was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Haylie Lynette Younkin, 22, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and failure to produce an insurance card. Younkin was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Terry L. Taylor, 42, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seatbelts and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Taylor was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Glenn Edward Carver, 42.

Billy Ellis pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge, and was sentenced to 180 days probation. Ellis was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Samantha Hanmore, 20, pleaded guilty to burglary in the second degree, which was amended to criminal trespassing in the first degree. Hanmore was sentenced to 12 months probation after 30 days served, and was ordered to pay $283 in court costs.

Carolyn S. Polston, 53, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense; wanton endangerment in the first degree, which was amended to second degree; and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Polston was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served on the first charge, and 12 months probation after 30 days served on the second charge, with time served to run concurrently. Polston was also ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Joshua J. Sandlin, 29.

Jacob Adam Lawrence, 26, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree, which was amended to criminal trespassing in the second degree. Lawrence was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Joyce Ann Jarvis, 42, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jarvis was sentenced to 45 days probation after four days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Jarvis was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Bethany L. Gibson, 33, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Gibson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Heather M. McGrew, 34, pleaded guilty to theft by deception/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. McGrew was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Quinton Barger pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Barger was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Scottie Clemons pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines. Clemons was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Clemons was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Rena L. Cooper, 48.

Dennis R. Portman, 29, pleaded guilty to speeding 25 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 20 miles per hour over the speed limit; reckless driving; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; improper registration plate; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Portman was sentenced to 30 days probation, and was ordered to pay $130 in fines and $273 in court costs.

Nicholas D. Kipper, 21, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Ki9pper was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Cassandra Miller, 37, pleaded guilty to failure to wear sweat belts; operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession; no/expired registration plates; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense, which was amended to first offense; and display of illegal/altered registration plate. Miller was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $140 in fines and $283 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for James T. Prewitt, 23.

Christina M. Osborne, 52, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay $2 in fines.

Cory Burns, 27, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended license, first offense, and no/expired other state registration receipt or plate. Burns was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Shane A. Hardin, 40, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Hardin was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge, and 30 days probation after four days served on the second charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Hardin was also ordered to pay $100 in fines and $848 in court costs.
