Woosley Outfitters in Leitchfield was burglarized this week.
The business, located at 1312 Anneta Rd., was burglarized between the hours of approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13 and 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 14, Grayson County Sheriff Norman Chaffins wrote in a press release.
“The thieves made forcible entrance through a locked security door,” Chaffins said in the release. “Among the items stolen were boots, socks, bibs, jackets, and other articles of clothing in brands such as Carhartt, John Deere, Laredo, Redwing, Muck and Irish Setter. Also stolen was a new, in-the-box, Samsung 16 Camera Security Monitoring System.”
The total loss to the business was in excess of $10,000.00, according to Chaffins.
Currently, the business owners are offering a $500.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and indictment of those responsible for the burglary and theft.
