A bench warrant was issued for Prentice L. Sandlin, 75.

Quinton Barger, 40, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Dedra L. Whittington, 40.

Eddie W. Helm, 41, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. Helm was referred to State Traffic School, and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Lisa Michelle Carnes, 53, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Carnes was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Jonathan Schermerhorn pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge, and was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Melinda D. Parks, 37.

A bench warrant was issued for Amy L. Kerr, 26.

Timothy Bordenet pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge, and was ordered to pay $179 in court costs.

Martha McCoy Goodwin, 68, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Goodwin was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

David S. Geary pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Geary was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Dorothy D. Cotton, 38, pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution/apprehension in the first degree, which was amended to second degree; and a second count of hindering prosecution or apprehension in the second degree. Cotton was sentenced to 180 days probation after three days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Summer Jo Apato, 30.

Dylan Lee Cary, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Cary was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Dalton C. Decker, 18, pleaded guilty to improper start from a parked position, and operating on a suspended/revoke doperator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Decker was ordered to pay $45 in fines.

Justin Scott Kelly, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to notify address change to Dept. of Transportation, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine.

Mason Johnson, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance prescription not in original container; public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, which was amended to possession of marijuana; and possession of marijuana. Johnson was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on each of the remaining charges. Johnson was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Mason Johnson, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic drugs, and possession of a controlled substance prescription not in original container. Johnson was sentenced to 90 days probation on the final charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on each of the remaining charges, with time served to run consecutively.

Robert T. Hoben, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Hoben was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served on the final charge, 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Robert Hoben, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the second degree, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 day served, with time served to run consecutively with time being served on separate charges.

Quinton Lee Stevenson, 19, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stevenson was sentenced to 90 days probation after three days served on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge. Stevenson was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James R. Poole, 41, pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Poole was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Poole was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Andrew Dennis, 23, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Dennis was ordered to9 pay $748 in court costs.

Jake W. Embry, 44, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Cody B. Hensel, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served. Hensel was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Kenneth N. Lancaster, 21.

Nicholas J. Moldon, 20, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Moldon was also ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
