When the Bank of Clarkson remodeled their main office’s interior recently, the project was left not quite complete.

They knew they wanted to incorporate artwork that was unique, interesting and upheld their tradition of hometown pride, and they were determined not to settle until they found the perfect piece.

That artwork – a one-of-a-kind installment which spans the entire back wall of their main reception area – has now been lovingly set in place for their customers to enjoy.

Artist Holly Felice spent six-months working on the wall art sculpture which is made entirely of stainless steel.

The incredibly detailed piece includes flowers, grasses and of course, honey bees.

“We wanted it to be in keeping with our Clarkson Honeyfest tradition,” said Chief Marketing Officer Vanda Ray.

Ray said the art installment arrived a couple of weeks ago along with a blueprint detailing exactly how to place it along their back wall.

Ray said she hopes everyone in the community stops into their Main Street location in Clarkson to enjoy the piece, whether they are a customer or just a local art lover.
