Saranda L. Crain, 24, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana, between eight ounces and five pounds, which was amended to less than eight ounces; possession of drug paraphernalia; and endangering the welfare of a minor. Crain was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served on each of the first and final charges, and 45 days probation after four days served on the second charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Crain was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James P. Lynch, 37, pleaded guilty to resident hunting/trapping without license/permit; entry on land to shoot/hunt/fish/trap without consent, which was merged with the first charge; and illegal taking/pursing deer/wild turkey, which was merged with the first charge. Lynch was ordered to pay $453 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Aaron D. Hornback, 23.

Kevin P. Wesolowski, 24, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Wesolowski was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for William Marshall, 54.

Luke A Medearis, 24, pleaded guilty to speeding 25 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to 20 miles per hour over the speed limit; failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to no insurance, first; and reckless driving. Meredith was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $240 in fines and $383 in court costs.

Kevin Legawiec, 36, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Legawiec was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Kanisha Cockriel, 26.

A bench warrant was issued for Terry Logsdon, 32.

Jennifer L. Butler, 30, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to wear seat belts; license to be in possession; fleeing or evading police in the second degree on foot; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; and no/expired registration plates. Butler was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on one charge, and 30 days probation on two separate charges. She was ordered to pay $60 in fines and $808 in court costs, and her driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Johnny L. Sanders, 20, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Sanders was sentenced to 90 days probation after 60 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Christopher A. Sandlin, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the first degree, and criminal trespassing in the third degree. Sandlin was sentenced to 180 days probation after 20 days served, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Crystal L. Hilley, 28, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 60 days probation.

Brandy Kinser, 36, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree and criminal trespassing in the first degree. Kinser was sentenced to 180 days probation on each charge.

Bailey Dwayne Hack, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines. Hack was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Inanna Marie Stone, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 10 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Crystal G. Bishop, 37, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Bishop was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Coty Hogan, 24, pleaded guilt;y to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Hogan was ordered to pay $748 in court costs, and his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Latisha D. Foreman, 28, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Foreman was ordered to pay $748 in court costs, and her driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Teresa Welch, 46, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense, and was sentence to 30 days probation after four days served. Welch was ordered to pay $748 in court costs, and her driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Brandy Kinser, 36, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Kinser was ordered to pay $748 in court costs, and her driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Stefan B. Willoughby, 23, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Willoughby was ordered to pay 143 in court costs.

Kyle Blake Hardin, 25, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Hardin was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Crystal L. Hilley, 28, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and careless driving. Hilley was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $798 in court costs. Her driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
