Theresa L. Lawson, 55, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Lawson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Teri L. Nall, 54, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Nall was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Christopher Needy, 27, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

Harry J. Barclay, 27, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Barclay was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Robin M. Duvall, 34.

Jeffrey A. Thurby, 24, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Thurby was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $773 in court costs.

Jhandra D. Williams, 31, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $213 in court costs.

Mathew A. Hayes, 30, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Hayes was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Kevin J. Debello, 32.

A bench warrant was issued for Thomas R. Clark, Jr., 24.

Aaron T. Lasley, 25, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit; and no/expired registration plates, which was merged with a charge of no/expired registration receipt. Lasley was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Michael S. Humphrey, 59.

A bench warrant was issued for Ashley N. Combs, 32.

Erik H. Anderson, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Thaddeus D. Grant, 40, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Grant was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Christopher Sebastian pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, license to be in possession, and no insurance. Sebastian was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $188 in court costs.

Beth Shelton pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, of a person under the age of 21, and was ordered to pay a $450 fine and $593 in court costs.

Tristan Tyler Lashley, 26, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Lashley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Marcus R. Goldsmith, 41, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Goldsmith was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Johnathan M. Burden, 30, pleaded guilty to violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Burden was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Johnathan Matthew Burden pleaded guilty to violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, with time served to run concurrently with a separate sentence.

Mark T. Renfro, 49, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct. Renfro was sentenced to 60 days to be served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Lance J. Lacefield, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Lacefield was sentenced to 90 days probation on the final charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on each of the other charges. Lacefield was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Timothy R. Parks, 31.

Randall M. Carter, 35, pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in the second degree on foot, and was sentenced to 60 days probation. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jennifer Forsythe, 42, pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in the second degree in a motor vehicle, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after 10 days served. Forsythe was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Raymond Puckett, 55, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, third offense; and driving on a DUI-suspended license. Puckett was sentenced to 365 days probation after 90 days served on the first charge, and 90 days probation after 30 days served on the second charge, with time served to run concurrently. Puckett was ordered to pay $1,048 in court costs.

Scottie L. Williams, 39, pleaded guilty to careless driving; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession; and failure to produce an insurance card. Williams was sentenced to 30 days probation and ordered to pay $125 in court costs.

Madeline L. Guepet, 19, pleaded guilty to no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; no/expired registration plates; no operator’s/moped license, which was amended to license to be in possession; failure to wear seat belts; and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Guepet was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $90 in fines and $233 in court costs.

Jake Embry, 43, pleaded guilty to one headlight, failure to produce insurance card, and license to be in possession. Embry was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $188 in court costs.

Christina Faye Morris, 24, pleaded guilty to to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 45 days served. Morris was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Dakota Q. Bailey, 20, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Bailey was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Deanna E. Haycraft, 19, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Haycraft was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
