Jonathon W. Nuttall, 34, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct. Nuttall was sentenced to 90 days probation, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Robin M. Duvall, 35, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $283 in court costs.

Kenneth McGuffin, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by a person under the age of 21; failure to wear seat belts; and possession of marijuana. McGuffin was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served, and was ordered to pay $475 in fines and $618 in court costs. McGuffin’s operator’s license was suspended for four months.

Heather Pressley, 33, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Pressley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Zackarea E. Hodge, 19, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served. Hodge was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Robin M. Duvall, 35, pleaded guilty to public intoxication controlled substance other than alcohol; disorderly conduct in the second degree; and assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injury. Duvall was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served on each of the final two charges, with time served to run concurrently. Duvall was also ordered to pay a $50 fine.

Travis R. England, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 15 days served. England was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Harley A. Helm, 24, pleaded guilty to speeding 19 miles per hour over the speed limit, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Helm was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $30 fine and $173 in court costs.

Brittany M. Martinez, 25, pleaded guilty to speeding 11 miles per hour over the speed limit; failure to wear seatbelts; no/expired KY registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and careless driving. Martinez was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $137 in fines and $280 in court costs.

David A. Chilton, 63, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served. Chilton was ordered to pay $898 in court costs, and his operator’s license was revoked for 15 days.

A bench warrant was issued for Jake W. Embry, 44.

Eathan E. Brown, 22, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; and careless driving. Brown was sentenced to 30 days probation on each of the first two charges, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $798 in court costs.l

Samuel Povlak, 33, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to no insurance card in possession. Povlak was sentenced to 30 days probation on each of the charges, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs. Povlak’s operator’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Lillian King, 23, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Justin Scott Kelly, 25.

Amy L. Miller, 23, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was referred to State Traffic School. Miller was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Brianna D. Washington, 21.

Jonathan Beavers, 37, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Beavers was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issue for Mickey Beahl, 35.

Timothy W. Farris, 49, pleaded guilty to assault in the third degree of a police/probation officer; and disorderly conduct in the second degree. Farris was sentenced to 90 days probation after nine days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $208 in court costs.
