A bench warrant was issued for Stephen G. Carroll, 60.

Jason Hunt, 34, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the third degree; and attempted burglary in the second degree, which was amended to trespassing in the second degree. Hunt was sentenced to 365 days probation after 50 days served on the second charge, and 90 days probation after 50 days probation on the first charge. Hunt was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Tasha F. Aubrey, 34, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Aubrey was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Randall W. Beasley, 29, pleaded guilty to disregarding a stop sign; criminal littering; failure to use a child restraining device in a vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense. Beasley was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $150 in fines and $1,273 in court costs.

Randall Beasley, 29, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served.

Megan Marie Simmons, 19, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Simmons was sentenced to 60 days probation, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Cody Lee Kerr, 21, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kerr was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on two of the charges, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

David J. Smith, 34, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and disorderly conduct in the second degree. Smith was sentenced to 30 days probation after 15 days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

David James Smith, 34, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended license; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense; and possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines. Smith was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served, 90 days probation after 15 days served, and 45 days probation after two days served. Smith was ordered to pay $923 in court costs.

Shain McDaniels, 18, pleaded guilty to two counts of failure of owner to maintain required insurance. McDaniels was sentenced to 90 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Timothy Whitmore, 22, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol,/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Whitmore was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Daniel Wayne Stevenson, 24, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the first degree, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served. Stevenson was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Cassanda J. Willis, 22, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense, which was amended to first offense. Willis was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Andrew R. Murray, 34, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and license to be in possession. Murray was sentenced to 30 days probation on each charge, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Randall W. Beasley, 29, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Beasley was ordered to pay $375 in court costs.

Roy J. Hollingsworth, 31, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Hollingsworth was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Wendell K. Roof, 48, pleaded guilty to no tail lamps; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; no motorcycle operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession; and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. Roof was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $65 in fines and $208 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Erica N. Speers, 30.

Joshua Peterson, 32, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating an ATV on a roadway, and operating an ATV without headgear of a person aged sixteen or older on public property. Peterson was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $848 in court costs.

Spencer Stewart pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Stewart was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
