A bench warrant was issued for Christopher George Shelton, 41.

Taynya Lynn Winburn, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served. Winburn was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Christy McMillen, 42, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. McMillen was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $208 in court costs.

George Barnett, 67, pleaded guilty to harassing communications, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Barnett was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jeffrey C. Stephens, 40, pleaded guilty to violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served. Stephens was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James Stacey Decker, 40, pleaded guilty to six counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge.

A bench warrant was issued for Brittany Akridge, 27.

A bench warrant was issued for Cody L. Willoughby, 22.

James S. Decker, 40, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Decker was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Ronnie L. Hack, 61, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and controlled substance prescription not in original container. Hack was sentenced to 90 days probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Dane S. Gore, 20, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 30 days served. Gore was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Joshua J. Stone, 30, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the first degree, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served. Stone was ordered to

Joseph A. Phelps, 28, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Phelps was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Joseph A. Hazelwood, 59, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to reckless driving; and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Hazelwood was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to9 pay $125 in fines and $263 in court costs.

Jordan Treadway, 25, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense; which was amended to reckless driving. Treadway was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.

William N. Stevenson, 35, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended license, which was amended to operating on a suspended license; and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Stevenson was sentenced to 180 days probation on each charge, and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Heather Cook, 27, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to no insurance, second. Cook was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Bolger Geoffrey, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Geoffrey was ordered to pay $55 in fines and $198 in court costs.

Allen Layron Dudgeon, 30, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended. Dudgeon was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Andrew Saltsman, 21, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Saltsman was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Todd Merickle, 39, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 15 days served. Merickle was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Heather N. Cook, 27, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, which was amended to no insurance, second; and speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. Cook was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $188 in court costs.

Travis R. Brooks, 41, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended license, second offense; and no operator’s/moped license. Brooks was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.

Nicole Lynn Bryant, 30, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Bryant was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Vanda R. Akridge, 61.

Damon T. Jones, 20, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, and failure to wear seat belts. Jones was ordered to pay $150 in fines and $333 in court costs.

Darrin C. Henning, 48, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the first degree and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Henning was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Tabitha Hack, 31, pleaded guilty to three counts of failure to use child restraint device in a motor vehicle, and was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $218 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Jason E. Yaden, 36.

Timothy W. Finlinson, 47, pleaded guilty to disregarding a traffic control device/traffic light, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.

Dina Jackson, 35, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Jackson was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Brandy N. Rigsby, 30.

A bench warrant was issued for Charles Rossell, 53.

A bench warrant was issued for Aaron D. King, 28.

Mark Daymon Day, 40, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Jonathan Michael Beavers, 27, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Floyd Cline pleaded guilty to failure to operate boat at idle speed, and was ordered to pay a $75 fine.

Jeffery Bolger pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit, and license to be in possession. Bolger was ordered to pay $55 in fines and $198 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Stephen Ray Duchnowski, 22.

A bench warrant was issued for Russell Glenn Moore, 32.
