Austin R. Carey, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Chad Smith, 33.

Joshua Pete Decker, 19, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.

Ashley Amanda Faris, 25, pleaded guilty to passing a loading/unloading school/church bus, and was referred to State Traffic School and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

William J. Digiacomo, 23, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Dakota Quaid Bailey, 21.

Jerry Daymon Keown, 39, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense. Keown was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served, and was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.

Summer Lynn Elliot pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge which was amended to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500. Elliot was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs

A bench warrant was issued for Kayla M. Stevenson, 21.

Fernando Ware, 46, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $10,000, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Ware was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Allen Brooks, 23.

Vincent E. Grimes, 45, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Grimes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Paul Corbin, 40, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Corbin was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Vincent Grimes, 45, pleaded guilty to seven counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after 14 hours served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively.

Megan M. Hayes, 25, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, promoting contraband in the second degree, and possession of a synthetic drug. Hayes was sentenced to 365 days probation after 250 days served on one charge, 45 days to be served on another charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Hayes was also ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Tiffany Durbin, 33, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Durbin was ordered to pay $203 in court costs.

Meagan Hayes, 25, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 250 days served.

Marcus L. Valdez, 36, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Valdez was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Kimberly Dawn Haynes, 25, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Haynes was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on two of the charges, and 30 days probation after four days served on another charge. Haynes was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Brian K. Carroll, 32, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury; and terroristic threatening in the third degree. Carroll was sentenced to 30 days probation on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Darrin C. Henning, 48, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

James D. Hill, 55, pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after two days served. Hill was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Tiffany L. Durbin, 33, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, and was sentenced to 30 days probation.

Megan Hayes, 25, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Hayes was sentenced to 365 days probation after 250 served.

Tiffany L. Durbin, 33, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine.

A bench warrant was issued for Michael Roberts, 48.

James Kitchens, 49, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, which was amended to first offence; and operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license. Kitchens was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.

Lincoln A. Thompson, 34, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.
