Michael Eugene Horn, 38, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Horn was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Marla Logsdon, 36, pleaded guilty to criminal littering and was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.

Brenda Moutardier, 69, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Moutardier was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Amanda N. Reich, 34, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Reich was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Melinda D. Parks, 37, pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/ piperazines, theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Parks was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on two charges and 30 days probation after four days served on the remaining charge. Parks was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jessica Hall, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal littering and rear license not illuminated. Hall was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $203 in court costs.

Kayla R. Meredith, 23, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, with time served to run on weekends only. Meredith was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Aaron D. King, 28, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, with time served to run on weekends only. King was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

April Lynn Stewart, 39, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Stewart was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Brandy L. Lee, 33.

Rita C. Hamilton, 49, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Hamilton was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Johnathan Thomas Leffew, 24, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and disorderly conduct in the second degree.

Rita C. Hamilton, 49, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served.

Amy Lawson, 37, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, which was amended to harassment with no physical contact. Lawson was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Cody Bryce Hensel, 20, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and two counts of criminal mischief in the third degree. Hensel was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on one charge, and 90 days probation after 30 days served on the remaining charges, with time served to run concurrently.

Chris Glen Johnson, 25, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to reckless driving. Johnson was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.

Mark Glenn, 27, pleaded guilty to careless driving. Glenn was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.

Cody B. Hensel, 20, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Hensel was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Cody B. Hensel, 20, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Hensel was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $941 in court costs.

Shawntan Carwile, 45, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Carwile was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $188 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for James Kitchen, 49.

Ivory M. Finn, 39, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; one headlight; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance drug, which was amended to second degree. Finn was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on two charges, 45 days probation after two days served on two charges, and 30 days probation on another charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Finn was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.

Herbert Scott Mudd, 26, pleaded guilty to disregarding a stop sign and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, which was amended to no insurance, second offense. Mudd was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, with time served to be on weekends only. Mudd was also ordered to pay $193 in court costs.

James Holderman, 33, pleaded guilty to possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; careless driving; license to be in possession; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense. Holderman was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $873 in court costs.

Jacob Adam Lawrence, 27, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and obstructed vision/windshield. Lawrence was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.

Paul B. Conway, Jr., 51, pleaded guilty to criminal littering and was ordered to pay a $100 fine.

Paul Blake Conway, 22, pleaded guilty to criminal littering, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine.

Kevin Wesolowski, 34, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and possession of marijuana. Wesolowski was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $208 in court costs.

Jerry R. Stivers, 35, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after 10 days probation. Stivers was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Larry H. Smiddy, 66, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Smiddy was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for James Parks, 30.

Russell H. Krahwinkel, 29, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Steven Jones, 47, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Jones was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Terry Hack, Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to failure to owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Hack was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Billy Gene Marcum, 55, pleaded guilty to operating a boat/watercraft under the influence of alcohol. Marcum was ordered to pay $250 in fines and $403 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Robert J. Stinnett, 36.

A bench warrant was issued for Kelly R. Wright, 36.
