Cody Sermon, 22, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree; and alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense. Sermon was sentenced to 90 days probation after 25 days served, and was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

Robert D McStoots, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. McStoots was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jennifer L. Flamion, 35, pleaded guilty to failure to use child restraint device in a vehicle, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs

David L. Woods, 47, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense. Woods was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Lindsey Zachery, 36, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Zachery was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Eric T. Hack, 39, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building, valued at between $500 and $10,000. Hack was sentenced to 365 days probation after 20 days served, with time served to run concurrently with a separate sentence.

A bench warrant was issued for Megan Poole, 38.

Eric T. Hack, 39, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property valued at less than $10,000; which was amended to a value less than $500. Hack was sentenced to 365 days probation after 20 days served, with time served to run concurrently with a separate sentence. Hack was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Amber Horton, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the first degree, which was amended to second degree. Horton was sentenced to 365 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jeremy M. Potts, 28, pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in the second degree on foot; and possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), which was amended to second degree. Potts was sentenced to 365 days probation after 180 days on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Potts was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Gary W. Lush, 63, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession; and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Lush was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Herbert Barnard, 49, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served, with time served to run concurrently with a separate charge. Barnard was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Lisa M. Beach, 30, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Beach was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Herbert Wade Barnard, 49, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 30 days served. Barnard was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Christopher Sebastian, 25, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 45 days served Sebastian was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Teddy Oller, Sr., 55, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after 10 days served. Oller was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Zackarea E. Hodge, 19.

Jerry D. Brigtow, 51, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Brigtow was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Christopher L. Sebastian, 25, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines, and license to be in possession. Sebastian was sentenced to 30 days probation on the first charge, 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.

MIchael Allen Roberts, 48, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

Justin R. Cahill, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Cahill was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James J. Cox, 71, pleaded guilty to operating a boat/watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was ordered to pay a $250 fine and $403 in court costs.

Stephanie Petty, 46, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after ten days served. Petty was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Glenn Edward Carver, 43, pleaded guilty to improper registration plate and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Carver was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $120 fine and $163 in court costs.

Aaron E. Caswell, 27, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Caswell was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Johnathan Ray Smith, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of a person under the age of 21, failure to wear seat belts, and no/expired registration plate. Smith was ordered to pay $495 in fines and $638 in court costs.

Richard Mercer, 45, pleaded guilty to disregarding a stop sign; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; and operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Mercer was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $268 in court costs

Cody Sermon, 22, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance; and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s’s license. Sermon was sentenced to 180 days probation on the first charge, and 90 days probation on the second charge. Time is to run consecutively with a separate charge.

James J. Harvey, 34, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Harvey was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.

Tristan Cole, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seatbelts and failure to produce an insurance card. Cole was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Ashley D. Hazelwood, 23, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. Hazelwood was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs, and was referred to State Traffic School.
