The Higher Ground Band, of Bowling Green, will be performing this Saturday, Sept. 19, at 6 p.m. at the Grayson County Bluegrass Opry at the Old Judicial Building (third floor) at 125 East White Oak St. in Leitchfield across from the Health Department.

Higher Ground is the current official Kentucky State Champion Bluegrass Band.

Also performing at the Bluegrass Opry that evening will be the host band, Hickory Grove, and another band from the Bowling Green area, Justamere Bluegrass Band.

Admission is free.
