Brooke D. McAfee, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal littering and was ordered to pay $203 in court costs.
James C. Decker, 22, pleaded guilty to speeding 12 miles per hour over the speed limit, and following an emergency vehicle too closely, which was amended to reckless driving. Decker was ordered to pay a $24 fine and $193 in court costs.
Emily S. Boarman, 29, pleaded guilty to disregarding a traffic control device (traffic light), and was referred to State Traffic School.
A bench warrant was issued for Heather Cook, 27.
Carrie Simpson, 34, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and failure to wear seat belts. Simpson was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.
Jane D. Chaney, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.
A bench warrant was issued for Vonda G. Lewis, 44.
Christopher Deviney pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of an illegal synthetic substance. Deviney was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge, and 30 days probation on the first charge. He was ordered to pay $748 in court costs, and his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
Hunter Chase Farris, 20, pleaded guilty to truancy of a student who is at least 18 years of age, but not yet 21. Farris was ordered to pay a $100 fine.
